It’s important to us that your paramotor is always in good condition, and that you remain completely satisfied with it. However, if issues should arise, in addition to the 12-month limited warranty on airframes and Parajet-engineered components, you are also covered for your engine and its ancillaries.

Under consumer laws in the UK, consumers are entitled to a free of charge repair or replacement, discount or refund by the seller, of defective goods or goods which do not conform with the contract of sale. For goods purchased in England or Wales, these rights expire six years from delivery of the goods and for goods purchased in Scotland, these rights expire five years from delivery of the goods.
When you purchase Parajet hardware products, you as the original retail purchaser will also receive coverage from the Parajet Limited Warranty. This coverage operates alongside and in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Should your product be defective or if it does not conform with the contract of sale, you can choose to make a claim under UK consumer law or the Parajet Limited Warranty (whichever is applicable).
The Parajet Limited Warranty covers Parajet branded products only. Non–Parajet branded products purchased from Parajet are also eligible for coverage under UK consumer law, but these are not covered by the Parajet Limited Warranty.
The Parajet Limited Warranty extends from the date of purchase, applies only to the original owner, and is not transferable. Any claim under this warranty must be made online via the Parajet website, or through an authorised dealer or distributor. Proof of purchase maybe required. A paramotor must be registered with Parajet before a warranty claim may be processed.
The Parajet Limited Warranty does not cover ::
> Normal wear and tear
> Improper assembly
> Improper operation and use
> Improper or lack of adequate maintenance
> Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the paramotor as sold
> Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
> Labour charges for parts replacement or changeover
> Shipping charges and local import taxes for parts replacement or changeover
> Paramotors used for commercial activities, including those in rental, demo or flight schools
