What inspired you to start paramotoring?

Throughout my progression as a pilot and instructor there has been so many people who have influenced me. My dad Alan by far has been the most supportive. Clive Bunce has always been there as someone to contact with support and advice during my time of running a Paramotor school. Theo de Blic and Lee Tryhorn has helped with my progression in Paragliding Acro and of course Tucker Gott who’s been a constant source of free advertisement for all paramotor schools.

Most memorable flight?

There have been so many incredible flying experiences such as learning infinite tumbles, flying with my father, teaching my girlfriend how to fly.

But for me, some of my best flights have been in Chamonix for the views; I really love Oludeniz in Turkey, however my home spot of Caradon Hill never gets old, so it’s between those three.

Most desirable flight location or adventure, not yet experienced?

I couldn’t achieve it this year due to poor weather but my aim next year is to fly lands end to John O’Groats in 1 day.

Most notable accomplishments over the past few years?

  • Youngest Chief Flying Instructor in BHPA History
  • 3rd place in FAI British Nationals Paramotor Championships
  • Displayed at Coup Icare Flying festival in France
  • One of a handful of people to complete infinity tumbling on a paramotor
  • Only British Pilot to have completed the acrobatic trick McFly

What do you most enjoy about paramotoring?

The community it creates and the shared experiences people have using paramotors.

How has paramotoring changed your life?

It’s the only way of making a 5 am start exciting

Why Parajet

The Parajet family is like no other! As an instructor and ambassador, I know how important it is to have a support network to fall back on. The Parajet Maverick is the most common paramotor used and that’s for good reason – it does what it says on the tin, perfect for adventure and just works. You won’t get better support service elsewhere.
