Under consumer laws in the UK, consumers are entitled to a free of charge repair or replacement, discount or refund by the seller, of defective goods or goods which do not conform with the contract of sale. For goods purchased in England or Wales, these rights expire six years from delivery of the goods and for goods purchased in Scotland, these rights expire five years from delivery of the goods.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

When you purchase Parajet hardware products, you as the original retail purchaser will also receive coverage from the Parajet Limited Warranty. This coverage operates alongside and in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.<\/p>

Should your product be defective or if it does not conform with the contract of sale, you can choose to make a claim under UK consumer law or the Parajet Limited Warranty (whichever is applicable).\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

The Parajet Limited Warranty covers Parajet branded products only. Non\u2013Parajet branded products purchased from Parajet are also eligible for coverage under UK consumer law, but these are not covered by the Parajet Limited Warranty.<\/p>

The Parajet Limited Warranty extends from the date of purchase, applies only to the original owner, and is not transferable. Any claim under this warranty must be made online via the Parajet website, or through an authorised dealer or distributor. Proof of purchase maybe required. A paramotor must be registered with Parajet before a warranty claim may be processed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

><\/span>\u00a0 Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the paramotor as sold<\/p>

><\/span>\u00a0 Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect<\/p>

><\/span>\u00a0 Labour charges for parts replacement or changeover<\/p>

><\/span>\u00a0 Shipping charges and local import taxes for parts replacement or changeover<\/p>
